Overview
RocketVault offers four subscription tiers designed for different stages of your card journey — from casual collectors trying things out to high-volume dealers running a full business. Every paid plan includes a 7-day free trial with no credit card required.

Free Plan
The Free plan is designed for anyone who wants to try RocketVault without commitment.

Collector Plan — $14/mo
For serious hobbyists who want full analytics and organizational tools.
Everything in Free, plus:
- Up to 5,000 cards
- Unlimited AI identification
- Bulk upload (50 cards per batch)
- Unlimited multi-source pricing
- Full Heat Score & Deal Finder (no preview limits)
- P&L dashboard with AI insights
- Profit reports
- 10 collections, 50 tags
- 50 watchlist items
- Bulk operations (50 at a time)
- Duplicate consolidation

Seller Plan — $39/mo
For active sellers who list and sell cards on eBay. This is the most popular plan.
Everything in Collector, plus:
- Up to 25,000 cards
- eBay publish (single + bulk)
- eBay status sync
- Lot management with AI lot suggestions
- Risk reports
- Unlimited collections & tags
- 200 watchlist items
- Unlimited bulk operations

Switch between monthly and annual billing from Settings > Billing at any time.
Free Trial
Every paid plan includes a 7-day free trial:
- No credit card required to start
- Full access to all features in your chosen tier
- Cancel anytime during the trial with no charge
- If you don't cancel, your subscription begins automatically
Changing Plans
Go to Settings > Billing
Click Settings in the sidebar, then the Billing tab.
Click Change Plan
You'll see your current plan and usage. Click Change Plan to see all options.
Select a New Plan
Upgrades take effect immediately — you get instant access to new features. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Downgrading
When downgrading, if your card count exceeds the new plan's limit, you'll need to archive or delete cards to fit. You won't lose access immediately, but a deadline will be set.

Common Questions
Can I switch plans mid-cycle? Yes. Upgrades are immediate and prorated. Downgrades take effect at cycle end.
What happens to my data if I cancel? Your account stays active until the end of your billing period. After that, you drop to the Free tier. Your data is retained for 30 days.
Do you offer refunds? We offer refunds within the first 7 days of a new subscription (outside of the free trial period). Contact support@rocketvault.io.
What payment methods are accepted? All major credit and debit cards via Stripe.
