The RocketVault Card Catalog is a comprehensive database of over 6.5 million sports cards spanning 18,000+ sets from all major manufacturers. It powers AI identification, pricing, and card matching throughout the platform.
The catalog is available on all plans, including Free.
Browsing the Catalog
Open the Catalog
Click Catalog in the sidebar navigation.
Browse by Sport
Filter by sport: Baseball, Basketball, Football, Hockey, Soccer, and more.
Browse by Year and Set
Drill down by year and manufacturer to find specific sets. Each set shows card count, year, and manufacturer.
Searching the Catalog
Use the search bar at the top of the Catalog page to find cards by:
- Player name — "Mike Trout", "LeBron James"
- Set name — "2024 Topps Chrome", "Prizm Silver"
- Card number — "#150", "RC-1"
- Combined queries — "2024 Topps Chrome Mike Trout"
Results show matching cards with their set, card number, and any known variants.
Card Details
Click any card in the catalog to see:
- Player info — Name, team, position
- Set info — Year, manufacturer, set name, subset
- Card number and any known parallels/variants
- Pricing data — Current market value from the RocketVault Pricing Database
- eBay deep links — Quick link to search eBay for this card
Adding Catalog Cards to Your Wishlist
Found a card you want? Add it to your Wishlist:
- Click the card in the catalog
- Click Add to Wishlist
- The card appears in your Wishlist collection with eBay deep links for purchasing

How the Catalog Powers RocketVault
The catalog is the backbone of several features:
- AI Identification — When RocketAI scans your card photos, it matches against the catalog to identify exact cards
- Pricing — Market values are tied to catalog entries via the RocketVault Pricing Database
- Set Completion — Track which cards you own from a set (coming soon)
- Variant Detection — The catalog knows all parallels and variants for accurate identification
Common Questions
How often is the catalog updated? The catalog is updated regularly as new sets are released. Major releases (Topps, Panini, Upper Deck) are typically added within days of release.
Can I request a missing card or set? Yes — contact support@rocketvault.io with the set details and we'll prioritize adding it.
Does the catalog include non-sports cards? Currently, RocketVault focuses on sports cards (baseball, basketball, football, hockey, soccer). Trading card games and non-sports cards are on the roadmap.
