Is there a free trial?

Yes! Every plan includes a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. You can try all features before committing.

What sports are supported?

RocketVault supports cards from all major sports: baseball, basketball, football, hockey, soccer, and more. The RocketVault Card Database covers millions of cards across all major manufacturers.

Does RocketVault work on mobile?

Yes — RocketVault works as a web application on any modern mobile browser. You can capture card photos directly from your phone camera. Native iOS and Android apps are in development.

Cards & Identification

How does RocketAI identify cards?

RocketAI uses advanced image analysis to read text, logos, and visual patterns on your card images. It matches these against the RocketVault Card Database to identify the exact card, including year, set, card number, and parallel variant.

How long does card identification take?

Typically 10–30 seconds per card. Batch uploads (ZIP files) process cards in parallel for faster overall throughput.

What if RocketAI identifies a card incorrectly?

Cards you're unsure about are sent to the Needs Review queue. You can also edit any card's details manually from the card detail page. Your corrections help improve future accuracy. Additionally, AI enrichment agents continuously work in the background to refine and improve card data over time.

Does card data improve over time?

Yes! RocketVault's AI agents work behind the scenes to continuously enrich your card data — refining descriptions, verifying identifications, and discovering new variant information. The longer a card is in your collection, the richer and more accurate its data becomes.

Can I upload graded cards (PSA, BGS, SGC)?

Yes! Upload photos of graded cards — RocketAI identifies the card inside the slab. You can manually add grade and certification details.

What image quality do I need?

At least 800×600 pixels with clear, readable text. Avoid blurry photos, heavy glare, or extreme angles. Both front and back images produce the best results.

Pricing

Where do prices come from?

Prices come from the RocketVault Pricing Database, which tracks real market values from actual sales. For cards not in the primary database, RocketVault uses eBay sales data as a fallback.

How accurate are the prices?

Prices reflect current market conditions based on real sales data. They're estimates, not guarantees. Actual selling prices depend on card condition, buyer demand, and listing quality.

Can I set my own prices?

Absolutely. The market price is a starting point. You can override prices when creating listings or set manual prices on any card.

How often are prices updated?

The pricing database is updated continuously. You can refresh individual card prices any time, or use bulk pricing to update your entire inventory.

eBay Integration

How does eBay listing work?

RocketVault connects securely to your eBay seller account via OAuth. You can create, publish, and manage eBay listings directly from RocketVault. RocketAI generates optimized titles and descriptions.

Is my eBay account safe?

Yes — RocketVault uses eBay's official OAuth 2.0 integration. We never see or store your eBay password. You can revoke access at any time from your eBay account settings or from RocketVault.

Can I list on other marketplaces?

eBay is currently the primary supported marketplace. Support for additional platforms is being developed.

Do I need an eBay seller account?

Yes — you need an active eBay seller account with business policies configured (shipping, payment, returns).

Market Intelligence

What is Heat Score?

Heat Score is an AI-powered analysis that rates each card in your inventory from 0–100 based on current market conditions. It looks at price momentum, demand, scarcity, upcoming catalysts, and more to tell you the optimal time to sell. Access it from the Intelligence page in the sidebar. How does Deal Finder work?

Deal Finder uses Gemini AI to scan live eBay listings and find cards priced below verified market value. It streams results grouped by player, showing deal scores, discount percentages, and direct buy links. All prices are verified against SportsCardsPro data.

Can I track cards I'm interested in?

Yes — the Watchlist tab on the Intelligence page lets you track specific cards or players. Set custom alert thresholds for heat score and price, and you'll be notified when conditions change. You can add items to your watchlist from Heat Score results, Deal Finder results, or any card detail page.

How often should I run Heat Score analysis?

We recommend running it at least weekly, or more often during active selling periods. Heat scores use real-time data via Gemini with Google Search grounding, so results can change as market conditions, player performance, and news evolve.

Billing & Plans

What plans are available?

Four plans: Free ($0, 100 cards), Collector ($14/mo, 5,000 cards), Seller ($39/mo, 25,000 cards), and Pro ($99/mo, unlimited). See our Pricing page for full details.

What's included in the free tier?

The Free plan includes 100 cards, 25 AI scans per month, basic SCP pricing, 10 multi-source price lookups per month, preview access to Heat Score and Deal Finder (3 sample results), a basic dashboard, 1 collection, 5 tags, and 5 watchlist items. No credit card required.

What happens when I hit my card limit?

You'll be prompted to upgrade to a higher tier. Your existing cards remain accessible, but you won't be able to add new cards until you upgrade or remove some cards to get below the limit.

What's the difference between Heat Score and Deal Finder?

Heat Score analyzes cards you already own and tells you when to sell (0–100 score with Sell Now, Hold, or Grade & Sell recommendations). Deal Finder searches live eBay listings to find underpriced cards you might want to buy.

Can I export my data if I cancel?

CSV export is available on Collector plans and above. If you cancel and drop to the Free tier, export access is removed. We recommend exporting your data before downgrading. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.

What's the difference between Watchlist and Wishlist?

The Watchlist (on the Intelligence page) tracks market conditions for cards you own or want to monitor — with custom heat score and price alerts. The Wishlist (in Collections) is a personal list of cards you want to acquire, built from the 6.5M-card catalog, with eBay deep links to find them for sale.

How does AI lot suggestion work?

The AI Lot Generator (Seller plan and above) analyzes your inventory and suggests optimal lot groupings by team, year/set, value tier, or custom criteria. It estimates lot values and generates eBay-ready titles and descriptions for each suggested lot.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, anytime from Settings > Billing. Upgrades are instant. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes — 20% off when you choose annual billing on any plan.

What happens if I cancel?

Your account stays active until the end of your billing period. After that, you'll need to resubscribe to access premium features. Your data is retained for 30 days.

What payment methods are accepted?

All major credit and debit cards via our secure payment partner, Stripe.

Data & Privacy

Is my data safe?

Yes — RocketVault uses enterprise-grade security including encrypted data in transit and at rest, secure cloud infrastructure, and OAuth for third-party integrations. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I export my data?

Yes — export your card inventory and listings as CSV files from the Cards and Listings pages.

Can I delete my account?

Contact support@rocketvault.io to request account deletion. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days per our privacy policy.
