eBay-Compatible Export

The CSV format is compatible with eBay's File Exchange format, making it easy to:

  • Cross-reference your RocketVault inventory with eBay
  • Use third-party tools that accept eBay-compatible CSV
  • Create custom reports combining RocketVault data with other sources

Tips

Regular Backups

Export your full inventory regularly as a backup. Even though RocketVault stores your data securely, having a local copy is good practice.

  • Filter before exporting to get focused data sets (e.g., "all sold cards this month" for tax purposes)
  • Use Excel pivot tables on exported data for custom P&L analysis
  • Compare exports over time to track portfolio value changes

Common Questions

Can I import CSV data back into RocketVault? CSV import is not currently supported. Cards are added via photo upload and AI identification.

Is there a limit on how many cards I can export? No β€” you can export your entire inventory in one file, regardless of size.

What encoding does the CSV use? UTF-8 encoding, compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, and most spreadsheet applications.
