Collections & Wishlist
Organize your cards into collections, separate personal from for-sale inventory, and build a wishlist from the 6.5M-card catalog.
Overview
Collections let you organize your cards beyond the main inventory. Separate your personal collection from cards for sale, organize by theme, or track specific goals. The Wishlist lets you bookmark cards from the catalog that you want to acquire.
Collections
Creating a Collection
Go to Collections
Click Collection in the sidebar navigation.
Create New Collection
Click New Collection and give it a name (e.g., "Personal PC", "2024 Topps Chrome", "Yankees Team Lot").
Add Cards
Add cards to your collection from:
- The collection page — search and add from your inventory
- The card detail page — click Add to Collection and choose which collection
- Bulk select from the Cards page and use Add to Collection in the action bar
Collection Limits by Plan

Managing Collections
From any collection, you can:
- View cards — Browse cards in the collection with all standard filters and sorting
- Search within — Search by player, set, or any field within the collection
- Remove cards — Remove cards from the collection (doesn't delete them from inventory)
- Rename/Delete — Rename or delete the collection itself
- View pricing — See total collection value and per-card pricing
Personal vs. For-Sale
Create separate collections for your personal cards and for-sale inventory. This keeps your "never selling" cards organized separately from your business inventory.
Wishlist
The Wishlist is a special collection for cards you want to acquire. Build it from the 6.5M-card RocketVault Catalog.
Adding to Your Wishlist
Browse the Catalog
Go to Catalog in the sidebar and search for cards you want.
Add to Wishlist
Click Add to Wishlist on any catalog card. The card is saved to your Wishlist with current pricing data.
View Your Wishlist
Access your Wishlist from the Collection page — it appears as a special collection.
Wishlist Features
Each wishlist item includes:
- Card details — Player, set, year, card number
- Current market price — From the RocketVault Pricing Database
- eBay deep link — One-click link to search for this card on eBay
- Notes — Add private notes (e.g., "max $50", "need PSA 10 only")
Common Questions
Can a card be in multiple collections? Yes — a single card can belong to multiple collections simultaneously.
Does removing a card from a collection delete it? No — removing from a collection only removes the association. The card stays in your main inventory.
Is there a limit on wishlist items? The wishlist shares the same limit as your watchlist items per plan (Free: 5, Collector: 50, Seller: 200, Pro: unlimited).
Can I share collections with other users? Collection sharing is not available yet. It's on the roadmap.
