Collections
Organize your cards into custom collections. Create, edit, and manage themed groups of cards from your inventory.
Overview
Collections let you organize your cards into custom groups beyond your main inventory. Whether you're separating cards by sport, player, personal favorites, or sales batches, collections keep things tidy.
Creating a Collection
Open Collections
Navigate to Collection in the sidebar. You'll see your existing collections (if any) and a button to create a new one.
Create New
Click the + New Collection button. Enter a name, optional description, and pick a color to visually distinguish it.
Add Cards
Browse your inventory from within the collection view and add cards. You can also add cards to collections directly from the Cards page using the bulk action menu.
Managing Collections
Editing a Collection
Click the pencil icon on any collection to update its name, description, or color.
Deleting a Collection
Click the trash icon to delete a collection. This only removes the grouping — your cards stay in your inventory.
Note
Deleting a collection does not delete the cards inside it. Cards remain in your main inventory.
Smart Collections
Smart collections automatically include cards that match a set of filter criteria. Instead of manually adding cards, define rules (e.g., sport = Baseball, year = 2024) and the collection updates itself as new cards are added.
Adding Cards from Inventory
You can add cards to any collection in two ways:
- From the Collection page — Click Add Cards within a collection to browse and select from your inventory.
- From the Cards page — Select cards using the checkboxes, then use the bulk action menu to add them to a collection.
