Account & Subscription Setup
Manage your profile, choose a subscription plan, configure billing, and customize your settings.
Overview
Your RocketVault account includes your profile, subscription plan, and all platform settings. This guide covers how to manage each aspect.
Profile Management
Open Profile
Click your avatar/name in the top-right corner, then select Profile — or navigate to the Profile page from the sidebar.
Edit Your Information
Update your:
- Display name
- Email address
- Profile picture
Subscription Plans
RocketVault offers 4 subscription tiers:

The Free plan requires no credit card. All paid plans include a 7-day free trial and a 20% discount on annual billing.
Changing Plans
Go to Settings > Billing
Click Settings in the sidebar, then the Billing tab.
View Current Plan
You'll see your current plan, usage, and billing cycle. Click Change Plan to see all available plans.
Select New Plan
Choose the plan you'd like to switch to. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Note
When downgrading, if your card count exceeds the new plan's limit, you'll need to archive or delete cards to fit within the new limit. You won't lose access to existing cards immediately, but a deadline will be set.
Settings
Access all settings via Settings in the sidebar:
Integrations Tab
- eBay connection — Connect/disconnect your eBay account
- Marketplace settings — Configure listing defaults
Pricing Tab
- Auto-pricing — Enable/disable automatic pricing on upload
- Pricing source preferences — Configure pricing behavior
Review Tab
- Auto-approve threshold — Set confidence threshold for automatic card approval
- Review triggers — Configure which cards get sent to review
Processing Tab
- Extraction mode — Configure AI extraction settings
- Image quality settings — Adjust compression for upload
Listing Tab
- Default listing format — Fixed price vs. auction
- Title generation style — Configure AI title preferences
- Description template — Customize listing description format
Billing Tab
- Current plan — View and change subscription
- Payment method — Update credit card
- Billing history — View past invoices
- Cancel subscription — End your subscription
Cancellation
Canceling your subscription keeps your account active until the end of the billing period. After that, you'll lose access to features above the free tier. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you resubscribe.
