Account & Subscription Setup
Manage your profile, choose a subscription plan, configure billing, and customize your settings.
Overview
Your RocketVault account includes your profile, subscription plan, and all platform settings. This guide covers how to manage each one.
Profile Management
Step 01
Open Profile
Click your avatar in the top-right of the app and select Profile, or open the More sheet on mobile and tap Profile.
Step 02
Edit Your Information
You can update:
- Display name
- Phone number
Your email address is shown but read-only — it's managed by your authentication provider (Firebase). To change the email associated with your account, you'll need to update it in your Google account (if you use Google sign-in) or contact support.
Step 03
Email verification
If you signed up with email/password, you'll see a verification banner until you confirm your address. Hit Resend verification email if you didn't get the original message.
Step 04
Delete Account (optional)
The Delete Account section at the bottom of the Profile page lets you permanently remove your RocketVault account and associated data. This action is irreversible.
Subscription Plans
RocketVault offers 5 subscription tiers:

The Free plan requires no credit card. All paid plans include a 7-day free trial and 20% off when billed annually. For full details, see Plans & Pricing.
Changing Plans
Step 01
Go to Settings → Billing
Click Settings in the sidebar, then open the Billing tab.
Step 02
View Current Plan
You'll see your current plan, usage, and billing cycle. Click Change Plan to see all available plans.
Step 03
Select New Plan
Choose the plan you'd like to switch to. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Note
When downgrading, if your card count exceeds the new plan's limit, you'll need to archive or delete cards to fit within the new limit. You won't lose access to existing cards immediately, but a deadline will be set.
Settings
Open Settings from the sidebar. The page is a tabbed interface:
Integrations
- eBay connection — connect/disconnect your eBay seller account, see token health
- Marketplace defaults — listing format, shipping policy, payment policy, return policy
- Auto-refresh of stale listings — Pro-tier toggle for the listing refresh job
- Sync settings — eBay status sync cadence
Pricing
- Auto-pricing — turn pricing on/off when cards are uploaded
- Pricing source preferences — control RocketVault Pricing vs. eBay comp behavior
- High-value threshold — flag cards above this value into the attention queue
Review
- Auto-approve threshold — confidence score above which cards skip the attention queue
- Review triggers — configure which cards land on the attention queue (autographs, parallels, etc.)
Naming
- Front/back suffixes and separator — customize how RocketVault auto-pairs front/back images on bulk upload (defaults:
_F/_B) - A live filename preview shows what your settings will match
Processing
- Extraction mode — control AI extraction behavior
- Image quality settings — adjust upload compression
Listing
- Default listing format — fixed price vs. auction
- Title generation style — configure AI title preferences
- Description template — customize listing description format
Billing
- Current plan — view and change subscription
- Payment method — update credit card
- Billing history — view past invoices
- Cancel subscription — end your subscription
- Branding toggle (Pro+) — show/hide the RocketVault footer on listings
Cancellation
Canceling your subscription keeps your account active until the end of the billing period. After that, you'll lose access to features above the free tier. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you resubscribe.
